The Task:

An investor from Asia was looking for high end apartments in the best location, as an investment. Furthermore, he required support in the renovation and later with management and letting of the acquired object.

Our services:

  1. Due to an extremely complex and challenging search profile, we first of all carried out a detailed study on available objects on the market, as well as those that might be likely to come onto the market.
  2. After consulting our client, we viewed and valued the identified objects and documented the results in detailed viewing reports.
  3. Once two objects had been identified and the customer had signaled his approval to buy, we carried out the final negotiations on his behalf. Finally we, with the power of attorney by the buyer, executed the sales contract in front of a certified notary public.
  4. We let one of the objects within a couple of weeks after the takeover of the objects on behalf of the customer.
  5. For the second object, we hired an experienced architect and a construction supervisor in the name of the customer,, in order to ensure the timely completion of the extensive renovation works within the set budget.
  6. In order to ensure the checking and prompt payment of all renovation related bills, the customer gave us access to a specially set up bank account. At the end of every month we produced a detailed report concerning the progress of the construction work as well as a statement about the money spent on his behalf.
